One thing I always look forward to when we visit Basalt is Breakfast in America. Best Breakfast ever.
Jill thinks I look like Dorthy from Oz in this picture. I think I look like a chubby Dorthy in an unflattering suit in this picture.

On Friday, Heather arrived in town for her visit.
We met up at the Rio for dinner and margaritas with Jill, Tanya, Sarah, the other Sarah, Sameera, and Pheobe, one of Heads' friends from college.
After dinner there was some dancing and running around town.
Heather went home early to rest up and recuperate after her long day of traveling, while the rest of us danced the night away before getting a cab home at bar time.
Saturday morning brought breakfast at Sam's #3 before embarking on our journey up the mountain.
